"C me go Crazy" Week 2
We have had an interesting week. It's been busy and we had A LOT go on around here.
These pictures are in no particular order, and sorry for the low resolution, I am completely computer illiterate, but I will work on fixing it.
This happened a few days this week. Even though it looks like Curran is the one who made the mess, oh no, it was Conrad. Curran just sat there reading books, Conrad pulled all of them and walked away.
Ok,these next three pictures all go together. They tell a story. Callie got home from school and when she gets home she always goes straight to the kitchen to get something to eat. I ran upstairs to go to the bathroom and I can hear Callie laughing! She has this certain laugh when she knows there has been something done that was naughty, but she still gets a kick out of it anyway.
Anyway, as I was walking down the stairs, Callie tells me, "Conrad did it" I just went oh man what happened. Well as you can see on the stairs and all over the floor by the stairs was smashed goldfish...I was like you have got to be kidding me! I finish walking down the stairs and saw they were all over the table in front of our window.
(I really wish these pictures were better, because you can't see half the mess that is there).
I just couldn't believe that the mess that was made all happened in the 2 minutes I was upstairs to go to the bathroom.
I got mad at the kids and then ran up to grab the vacuum. Now, as I was vacuuming up that mess, Conrad walks in to where I was with his face COVERED in peanut butter. I was like "what the crap?" What is going on in the kitchen. Sure enough, Callie has the peanut butter out and is eating it on crackers.
This would be Curran's doing. He likes to rearrange my furniture! Crazy kid!
After Conrad woke up from his nap he wanted to stay upstairs. I think that's the last time I leave him alone. That is diaper rash cream.
This picture cracks me up. Every morning, I have my kids change their underwear I guess Curran forgot to take off his other ones before he put on his new ones.
This is ketchup. I HATE ketchup. Clint has just recently introduced ketchup to the kids and it seriously grosses me out. So at dinner the other night, he was telling the kids to try and convince me to eat it...I wanted to beat my husband. He was getting a good kick out of it though.
It is really hard to see in this picture, but Callie came running up to me and said; "mom look, my hair needed lotion, so I put lotion in it so it could be soft." And then she put water in it too! Oh Callie!
Conrad has just grown tall enough to reach the edge of the counters and cupboards. This bag of chex mix was sitting on the edge of the cupboard and he reached up and grabbed it and the rest of the bag spilled onto the floor.
This is what Callie's room looks like most days. In this picture she has marbles, cards, clothes, game pieces, clothes, toys, books, stickers. You name it, it is probably on her floor. (no I don't let her leave it that way, she has to clean it up every day before school and before bed).
Conrad is such a stink! I call him "the bully". Curran was just running around with the basket on his head and happen to fall. Of course Conrad capitalized on that and went and sat on top of him and was poking his face, which results in Curran screaming. (is it bad that I think this is funny?)
Homework with Callie has always been extremely time consuming. Bless her heart. She works so hard to understand it and to do well, it just takes time. When doing her math homework, we give her cheerios to help her count out her numbers. Well on this particular day she decided to eat them before she was done, so then she wasn't able to finish.
You can't see in this picture, but Conrad has had an extremely runny nose. So we have had Lot's of snot! It's so gross because he wipes it on everything.
I have started running again and have needed to use the treadmill, but I don't know why I try, because this is him every time I try.
Do those nails look long to you? Ya me either, but those drive Conrad crazy. He doesn't like having long nails, or hang nails, or any sort of loose skin.
This is how we have resulted to putting the book shelf because Conrad cannot leave the books alone. He likes to rip up the books
Now, here is another story for you. I ran to target this week to grab something for a birthday party Callie was going to. These next three pictures all happened with in 10 minutes of each other.
Curran was playing in the racks and yes he knocked an entire rack of clothes off the shelf.

| Next in the check out line, Curran climbed on the bottom of the cart and was just hanging there! Seriously? |
On our way out of the store, Curran was walking right in front of me. Just before we get to the exit, I noticed he is carrying something behind his back. He had picked up some cards and was about to walk out with them with out paying. My good friend Lisa was with me and just happen to snap a picture of me talking to Curran about the consequences of taking things from a store without paying.
This is the reaction I get from Conrad every time I start walking towards my room, because he knows he is about to be locked out. I don't like him coming in there because every time he does, he destroys everything in there.
I put Conrad in the tub while I was in the shower and all because I decided to take an extra 5 minutes to shave, he decided to pull our towels in the tub with him.

Oh Becky you make me laugh! You do live in a nut house and documenting it might be the only thing that keeps you sane! And honestly you're bringing back so many memories, raising kids is a crazy adventure.
Hee hee hee. These blog posts make my day....and make my life seem quite normal. ;)
