Thank You!

We just wanted to thank everyone that came out to support the Grand Opening of El Pollo Loco. Because of the great support from family, friends and the community they were able to shatter the El Pollo Loco record for opening days.

I am so proud of Clint and all the hard work that he has put in. I will be so glad when things slow down so I can have my husband back and Callie can have her Daddy.

El Pollo Loco Grand Opening

We are so excited that this Day has finally come. Clint has worked so hard to get all of his emplyoees hired and to make sure that every thing is going perfect. It has been a really long process, but we hope that everyone can come and try the food, it really is great and I know Clint would really appreciate seeing people that he knows at the store. Thanks everyone who has supported this process with us.

Exhausted

Because Clint has been working so late, I have been keeping Callie up later than she is use to, but at least she will sleep in, but it makes her more tired than normal. This soon will past when Clint will be on a regular schedule

Springville Parade

We went to the Springville parade on Saturday. It was a lot of fun, I had a Brother and Sister-in-Law and two neices that were in the parade. I got sunburned on my arms, so they have been a little sore. I put sunscreen on Callie so she just got tanner.

These are my Best Friends from High School. We got together and went to lunch last friday. Aubry Hansen is getting ready to have her baby. She is due tomorrow. She is going to be such a great Mom. We have so much fun together and it is great to get together and remember the great times we had. There are two kids between the four of us now, but two on the way, Aubry tomorrow and Me in December.

Some Summer Fun!

This is Callie's favorite thing to do on warm days, that and eat otter pops. She's getting a really nice tan (i'm jealous). She takes after her Dad, she's a little water baby.

Mallo-mellow

My Parents have a fire pit in their back Yard, and on Saturday Night they had a BBQ. Needless to say we roasted Marshmellows and this is what happens when you give a two year old a roasted Marshmellow, she had a blast. The pictures really don't do it justice though as to what she looked like.
