2014

On May 1st Clint and I celebrated our TEN year anniversary.  Holy Cow, I can't believe it has been ten years.  It has been a GREAT ten years and I love him 100 times more now than I did the day that I married him.  I'm not going to lie, it's been a hard ten years with random things that have happened with sick kids, jobs, finances, having kids, moving to 3 different states, etc.  But because of these adventures we have had, it has only brought us closer and I wouldn't change it for the world.  I am SOOO excited to see what these next ten years bring especially with our new adventure with moving the family to California.  I am so grateful he is the Father of our Children and my Husband for Eternity.  I love you!!!

Easter 2014

We celebrated Easter a week earlier so that Clint could be home to celebrate with the kids.  We told them that we e-mailed the Easter bunny and asked him if we could celebrate early.  The kids loved Easter!  So we colored eggs, they got to have their Easter Sleepover the next weekend and Granny's and then Church on Sunday...Nothing to special!  But I did try to emphasize the true meaning of Easter and why we celebrate it...Sometimes it's hard to get the point across...I just hope some day it sinks in.

Callie's Baptism

Callie was baptized on April 12.  It was a very special day.  Clint drove in just for her baptism.  It was such a special day.  She was so excited and the months and days leading up to her baptism we talked a lot about what it means to be baptized and to receive the Holy Ghost.  She asked a lot of questions.  I am so proud of her and her knowledge of the Gospel already.  I remember after she was baptized and I walked into to meet her to get her dressed, I felt this over whelming feeling of peace.  I felt the spirit so close at that moment and it was such a special moment.
I am so glad for all of the support for all of those that came to support us on this very special day.
