We just wanted to thank everyone that came out to support the Grand Opening of El Pollo Loco. Because of the great support from family, friends and the community they were able to shatter the El Pollo Loco record for opening days.
I am so proud of Clint and all the hard work that he has put in. I will be so glad when things slow down so I can have my husband back and Callie can have her Daddy.

Cody and i had date night there last night. It was crazy busy! The food was really good, but the burrito was huge, I couldn't finish. I'm glad that it is getting such a good response.
I'm so sorry we missed it...things have been a little hectic lately...but I saw it on Friday! I didn't realize how close it is! I agree...I can see why you're so proud of youre hubby...but he's pretty lucky to have such a wonderful wife!
