The Dirty Dash

I had a SUPER busy last week in Utah.    Minus the day Conrad and I had the stomach flu.  It started by doing dinner with Ted and Cheryl on Saturday.  Then Dinner at Quen and Sheryls on Sunday.

On Monday I had lunch with Ashley and Aubry...too bad Aubrey was sick.  But it was great to let the kids get out and play in the water,  then that night I hit up my friends from work and did dinner up at Jessicas House.  It was so fun to be with them.  I miss them still.  I loved work with them and I made some life long friends with everyone while working there.

Conrad and I were pretty sick on Tuesday so we didn't go anywhere.

Wednesday I got together with a bunch of my friends from Eagle Mountain and it was great to have one last good bye to all of them.

On Thursday, I met up to go swimming with Lisa and Tiffany and all the kids to go swimming.  It was so great!  Some of my greatest memories of Eagle Mountain were swimming at the pool with these girls and their kids.
After swimming I met up with my mom and we went up to Salt Lake to see the Tabernacle Doors my did is refinishing.  Wow, what a neat experience he has to remodel these doors for the whole world to see.  We then went to dinner with Chris and Emily.

On Friday all of the cousins came over and we had a swim day.  That is also another one of my favorite memories is Ally and I getting the kids together at my moms for a swim day.  My kids always love it so much.

Saturday was super busy...I got up and ran the Eagle Mountain 5K with Lisa and Mandi.  After that I went and picked up the kids and took them out to the Pony express days parade.  After that I took my kids home and then headed up to do the Dirty Dash with a bunch of friends from Eagle Mountain.  It. was. a blast.  I will post more on that later.

Sunday, we left.  It was hard to drive away that morning from my parents.  It was hard on them.  I will miss Utah but I do look forward to see what the future holds for us.
