This little Joy in our lives has been so much fun! He only cries if he is hungry, tired or needs to be changed. When he is awake he is extremely mellow.

Now about his birth Story; He was wanting to enter this world two months early. I went into pre- term labor at 32 weeks which was a little scary. I was having contractions and was dilating. It took them about 24 hours to get them to stop my labor, and then I was sent home on anti contraction medication, and on bed rest. I continued to have contractions almost on a daily basis, which became really frustrating because I was afraid that I would have him at home, because once I start labor I go really fast.
I was able to keep in inside for 5 more weeks which I am so thankful for. My water ended up breaking at 5:30 in the morning, so I woke Clint up, we loaded the kids in the car and my mom met us at the hospital and took the kids. At this point my contractions were three minutes apart but were not painful. I got up to labor and delivery and they didn't believe me that my water had broke and I was in labor. They even did the test on me to make sure my water really did break and when she checked she went oh yep it broke alright. I just thought well duh, I am not stupid.
I told them as soon as I got in there I have really fast labors, So I had them check me right away and I was at a 6. I progressed to an 8 within 20 min and then a 9 shortly after that. I had my epidural right away, so i never really felt any pain. After the epidural I stopped progressing and was stuck at a nine for about an hour. That's when they gave me the pitocin. I was on that for about 5 minutes when they checked me again and I was at a ten, and ten minutes later at 10:44 am we had our little Conrad. He has been the sweetest little thing since the minute he was born and we are all just so in love with him.
