OUCH!!

Last Wednesday night about eleven thirty Clint was on his way home from is Softball game. He was heading up the 73 highway towards our house when a car coming from a side road pulled out directly in front of him and stopped dead in their tracks. Clint swirved out of the way to avoid hitting the car. If he would have hit the person in the car going 60 mph he would have hurt himself and the person in the car really bad. Anyway, he swirved onto the road that the car had come from to avoid hitting the car. He had slowed to about 15 mph and of course of all places he swirves into a parked truck. He had no where else to go. HE WAS NOT HURT, other than a little whip lash. He went to get out of his car to see if he could catch the people that he about hit but of course...they took off. He called the cops and reported the accident and he called me which I happen to be at my parents house which works out because I was able to leave the kids asleep while I went and picked him up. The insurance company has decided to total the car which leaves us down to one car for now, which sucks but we are making do. But we like to think about the blessing that came out of this. He could have been seriously hurt had he hit the other car, he could have hurt the other people in the car really bad or he could have rolled his car. We were really blessed that he was not hurt.

I'm so sorry you guys! That is scary! I'm so so glad that Clint is OK, yes Clint I really am. :) Sorry about your car, that's a bummer, what were those crazies thinking anyway stopping in the middle of the road!?!
Bummer! 73 is crazy, or the slow people on it are crazy!
Dang! So sorry it happened- so happy Clint was fine!
Dude that sucks!!! Glad to hear Clint is safe though. Lets get together this week and play some games! call us :)
DUDE!!! That Ragnar looks awesome! I have heard a little about it- but that was fun to read more about it. I would say not to count on me for next year- I am hoping I will have a little baby by then. But I would love to hear any or all about it! There is something crazy within me that loves the sport of running and hopes that everyone loves it as much as me :)
