Callie has been so bored lately. She has watched a ton of t.v. and that is not like her she doesn't like the t.v. It's been hard for me to do stuff with her because the baby always wants to be held and he is up a ton at night crying because of his colic, so I am sooo tired during the day. So today I decided to make cookies with her. I straped the baby to the bjorn and we cooked away. I gave her, her own frosting bowl and her own cookies to frost, I really should have gotten a picture of all her cookies. She had so much fun and had been looking forward to it all day. It was a big mess, but in the end it's only a mess right and can always be cleaned up.

Adjusting is so hard! Especially the adjustment to no sleep- which feels like it can screw up about everything :) What an awesome mom you are to make cookies with Callie! That is so sweet! And if you are anything like me- that takes a lot of effort to do and to clean up! You go girl! Callie will always look at this as a wonderful experience! Also- it will be alot better when the weather is better. The she can go out and play and you can take her to the park even on those days you are incredibly exhausted! We are going through similar things are our house.
